RelyOn Technologies is proud to offer Garmat spray booths. Manufactured in Englewood, Colorado, Garmat custom paint booths are ecologically sound, durably constructed, and code-compliant, increasing productivity and profit. The following attributes place Garmat paint booths above the competition:
Customizable Cabins
Construction: Garmat dual skin paint booths are built to provide maximum durability, efficiency, and visibility using powder coating, insulation, and interlocking wall panels. For easy customization, Garmat uses modular construction. The tri-fold door assemblies offer access, visibility, and customized hinge design for easy adjustments and an airtight seal. For optimal lighting quality, Garmat uses color-corrected fluorescent bulbs, as well as easily-serviceable and horizontally-mounted fixtures for illumination that is free of shadows.
Filtration: Garmat USA knows that the filtration system is one of the most critical features of a paint booth, determining safety within the painting atmosphere as well as the surrounding areas. Garmat 3000 Series paint booths exceed EPA 2011 EPA 6H Regulations for Surface Coating Operations with a 99.9% capture efficiency. Their filtration systems are easy to access and service and shut securely using steel knife edge closures.
The 3-stage filtration system includes:
- Pre-Filtration to reduce contamination
- Ceiling Filters in ideal sizes for easy replacement, held in place by steel knife-edge closures
- Extract Filtration to maximize particulate removal
Control Panels: Garmat builds their control panels in their 508A ETL listed shop, which allows for unlimited customization options and quick availability. Each control panel is tested before leaving the facility, using Garmat’s rigorous quality standards.
Garmat control panels are designed for optimal efficiency and affordability. Automatic operations can be customized and programmed to individual specifications, and all components are recognized, listed, or certified by UL, ETL or CSA. Prewired control panels shorten field installation time and expense.
Durable HMA / AMU
Garmat designs all HMA/AMUs in house, following your exact specifications and budget, and meeting ANSI Z83.25 standards for industrial process; Garmat was the first company to achieve this listing for their HMA/AMUs.
The design of Garmat HMA/AMUs combines efficiency with a superior painting environment. Heavy duty corrosion-resistant aluminum/stainless steel direct-fired burners provide the most efficient air heating method and consistent temperature control. Vent-free setup is easy – just set the gas pressure – and without heat exchangers or blowers, energy consumption and maintenance are minimal.
Impeccably Designed Fans
For optimal stability and consistency of airflow, Garmat USA exclusively uses the dual inlet reverse incline centrifugal fan in constructing its automotive spray booths. These fans create a vacuum that surrounds the blades, protecting against overspray buildup. The backward direction of the blades also gives the fan “self-cleaning” properties. The motor cannot be overloaded, regardless of the airflow resistance, and the fans run at a lower RPM to reduce noise as well as energy costs.
Because Garmat engineers find the dual inlet reverse incline centrifugal fan to offer the most consistent air flow on the market, they use this model exclusively in their custom paint booths. Exceptions can be made, however, if the customer has a specific request, like a tube axial fan.
